Palitana :
Palitana, a land of peace and sanctity, is one of the most sacred pilgrimages for Jains. Atop the revered Shatrunjay Hills stand over 3,000 marble temples, with the main temple dedicated to Bhagwan Rishabhdev, the first Tirthankara. It is believed that infinite souls have attained Moksha here, making not just the temples but the very mountain divinely sacred.
GajBhawar Foundation:
The GajBhawar Foundation was created to serve the Jain community with devotion and purpose. Sri Gautam Surana inspired by his deep-rooted faith and the values instilled by his parents, envisioned a space and Dharamshala in Palitana to nurture spiritual practice and religious activities.
Named in honour of his parents, Late Smt. Gajra Bai & Late Shri Bhawarlalji Surana, the foundation built a serene Dharmashala with 92 rooms for yatriks and 18 rooms exclusively for Jain monks and nuns, including all amenities to host large events like chaturmas, updhyaan, navanu etc.
Parshwanath Temple :
The Dharamshala also has a beautiful Chaumukh Temple of Shri Sankheshwar Parshwanath, intricately carved in pure Makrana marble.
